Pricing and Time Policy
Hourly Rate
$65 per hour
Rental time includes setup and teardown. Please be sure to book enough time to build your set, reset the space, and gather your belongings before your session ends.
We recommend booking an additional 30 minutes if you plan to bring in larger setups or detailed styling.
To ensure a smooth experience for all creatives, sessions must begin and end within your reserved time.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Studio Guidelines
Please leave the studio as you found it so it is ready for the next creative.
Return all furniture and props to their original place before your rental time ends.
Remove all trash and personal items from the space.
Any damages to furniture, equipment, or the studio itself must be reported immediately.
